Send several photos in one email

Answer Emily's request by attaching two photos to a single email.

11 steps ยท about 5 minutes ยท practice it with SafePC Pro

Step by step

  1. Click the Start button! Look at the bottom of this practice computer: the dark strip there is its taskbar. In the middle of it, click the Start button (four blue squares). The main menu opens just above it. If you see two taskbars, use the one inside this page.
  2. Click "Browser". In the menu that opened, click the "Browser" tile (a square with a small picture and its name under it): the app opens in its own window.
  3. Open "Practice Mail". On the favorites bar, click "Practice Mail": it is your email inbox.
  4. Open Emily's message. Click the message "Can you send me your photos?" from Emily Carter: she asks for your pictures.
  5. Click "Reply". At the bottom of the message, click "โ†ฉ Reply": the answer opens with Emily's address and the subject already filled in.
  6. Click the paperclip ๐Ÿ“Ž. At the bottom of the message window, click the paperclip button ๐Ÿ“Ž ("Attach files"): a window opens so you can choose a file on your computer.
  7. Choose "Beach day.png". In the window, click "Pictures" on the left, click the file "Beach day.png", then click "Open".
  8. Attach a second photo. You can attach as many photos as you like, one after the other. Click the paperclip ๐Ÿ“Ž again.
  9. Choose "Family picnic.png". In the window, click "Pictures" on the left, click the file "Family picnic.png", then click "Open".
  10. Click "Send". Both photos, "๐Ÿ“Ž Beach day.png" and "๐Ÿ“Ž Family picnic.png", should be listed above the Send button. Click the blue "Send" button.
  11. Close this window. You are done with this window, so close it: click the โœ• button at the top right corner of the "Browser" window (on its title bar, the strip at the top). The window disappears.

These steps are written for SafePC, a pretend Windows-style computer in your web browser. On your own computer, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.

Practice it where nothing can break

SafePC works like a real computer, but nothing you do goes anywhere. Try every button, make mistakes and start again.
