Billing questions
Payments, cancelling and refunds
- Do I need a card for the free lessons?
- No. The first 5 lessons on SafePhone and the first 5 on SafePC are free, and no card is asked for them.
- When am I charged?
- When you choose a plan, then at the end of each billing period (every month or every year) until you cancel. You pay by card on Stripe's secure page; your card details never reach us.
- How do I cancel?
- Online, in a few clicks: My account, then Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. You can also email us and we cancel it for you.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes, for your first payment on a plan: if TryTechSafe isn't for you, email us within 14 days and we refund it in full. See the Terms.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. In My account, Manage billing lets you change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel.
- What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
- Your account and your progress stay, and you keep the free lessons. If you come back to Pro later, everything is still there.
- Is the accessible edition extra?
