Learn to open an app with a double tap, in 3 short steps.
Step by step
- Tap once on "Settings" (the gray gear) to select it.
- Now tap twice quickly, anywhere on the screen: the app in the green box opens.
- Go back to the Home screen: swipe UP then LEFT in one move, like an L (or tap the bar at the bottom once, then twice quickly).
These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
