Open a document sent by email
Learn to open a document sent by email, in 3 short steps.
Step by step
- Open "Mail" (the red envelope). It is in the list of all apps: slide up on the Home screen.
- Tap the email from "Springfield Water": it has a paper clip, so a file is attached.
- Under "Attachment", tap the file "Water-bill-October.pdf" to open it.
These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
