Step by step
- Open "HealthBook" (in the list of all apps).
- You have a new message. Tap "Messages".
- Tap the message from Dr. Priya Patel to read it.
- Answer her: tap a ready-made reply such as "Thank you, doctor!" (or type your own), then tap "Send".
These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
