Send a text message
Learn to send a text message, in 4 short steps.
Step by step
- Tap "Messages" (the blue speech bubble, at the bottom).
- Tap "Start chat".
- Tap "Linda Brooks" in the list.
- Tap the "Text message" box, type "Hi Linda", then tap the send arrow.
These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
