Open the notification shade
Learn to open the notification shade, in 3 short steps.
Step by step
- Put your finger at the very TOP of the screen (on the time) and slide DOWN.
- Slide down again (or tap the small bar under the buttons) to see all the settings.
- Back: swipe from the left edge of the screen toward the middle (or press Esc).
These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
