Learn to find help on the phone itself, in 5 short steps.
Step by step
- Open "Settings" (the gray gear).
- Scroll down and tap "Tips & support": the phone's own help, in plain words.
- In the search box, type what you want to do. For the practice: text
- Tap "Make the text bigger" and read the steps.
- Tap "Open the setting": the tip takes you right there.
These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
Practice it where nothing can break
