Fill in your name and phone

Step by step

1. Open "City Services" (in the list of all apps).
2. Your form is waiting. Tap "Continue the form".
3. Tap the "First name" box and type your first name (for the practice: Pat).
4. Now the "Last name" box: type Lee.
5. In "Phone number", type (202) 555-0123. The phone shows number keys.
6. The email is optional: you can leave it empty. Tap "Next".

These steps are written for SafePhone, a pretend Android-style smartphone in your web browser. On your own smartphone, the buttons and menus may look a little different, but the idea is the same.
